1 Stonework Types Selection

We can apply more than 100 different stonework types, using more than 20 different colours of stone. We are also able to create customised stonework types according to your preferences.

2 Marking

We use the latest GPS technolgy to mark the exact building location on the land. This is always done in the presence of the owners, so that they get a clear idea of the positioning process and choose the right location for the building.

3 Excavation works _ earth works

We are able to perform all kinds of excavation works, on any type of land, using heavy machinery. Our extensive experience on excavation and earthworks allows us to respect the natural shape of the land and avoid damages.
Our machinery enables us to complete excavation works on time, even on the toughest rocky ground.

4 Concrete works

Concrete works are always designed and implemented in keeping with the latest building regulations. The particular weight of the stone, used in the construction of stone houses, is taken into account and the applicable earthquake regulations are always respected.

5 Stone work process

We guarantee our stonework. Our crew consists of skilled builders and stoneworkers with at least 20 years of experience. We combined the long experience and technical insight of our family, dating back hundreds of years, to contemporary studies and to the models we have been working on for the past 15 years, and can, therefore, safely say that we know correct stone extraction, stone carving and stone masonry better than anyone.

6 Roof works

We can construct any size and type of wooden roof. We use the best quality of wood and roof tiles, and deliver a high-standard finish.

7 Insulation works

Insulation works are carried out exactly as described in the insulation study prepared for the building. We are committed to careful selection and correct use of materials, and are proud to say that we have never had insulation or humidity problems in the buildings we constructed.

8 Interior walls - plastering

Interior walls are made of bricks and concrete, which ensures better stability than plasterboard walls. They can be plastered either by hand, in the traditional way, or using machinery for a smoother, more modern finish.

9 Plumbing-electric works, heating and cooling systems

Plumbing and electric works are always carried out as set out in the respective regulations, and based on the engineering studies. Committed to always using high quality pipes and cables, we attend exhibitions around Europe. We have more than 10 years of experience on smart houses.

10 Kitchens, wardrobes and fireplaces

We can design and build ourselves any kind of window-door, whether wooden, metal, aluminium or PVC, using robotic machinery and high quality triple glazing.
All our woodwork in kitchens and on fireplaces is agreed with the owners and designed according to their wishes.

11 Swimming pools - bathrooms

All these works have high-standard finishing and are always agreed with the owners and designed according to their wishes.

12 Land scaping works _ interior decoration

Landscaping works are always agreed with the owners and designed according to their wishes. We then submit to our clients, for final decision, different suggestions, in which we have combined their preferences with the requirements of the applicable planning regulations.
